As part of the master plan „Porto Maravilha“, the JARDINS DO PORTO (Gardens of the Pier) are a symbol of quality of life and sustainability in the city of Rio deJaneiro. The complex of buildings offers hotels and small apartments during the Olympic games in 2016. After that, with small refurbishment modifications, they can be used as housing, offices and commercial area for the population.
